If the worst things can happen then so can the best -Vidal Cisneros Jr.
Reading The Book of Job helped Vidal find gratitude. He began to bless his wife, the man that had gotten her pregnant, and everything he could find and think of. He blessed the guards, bricks on the wall, birds flying by the window and he prayed and blessed and fasted.
He began giving his tray away. He connected with Christians in prison and began exchanging stories. He fasted for 4 days and met others that fasted a lot longer
He learned about judgment and that he shouldn’t judge. That he could have committed crimes just like others had, and he began to see that they were reformed.
